Interest in the 2026 Hockey World Cup continues to grow. Just one day after the new ticket phase opened, the final day on 29 August has already sold out in this phase. After the second group stage, a limited number of additional tickets become available, but these are also expected to sell out quickly.

Group Stage Days

The group stage matches are proving just as popular. Ticket sales show strong demand, so securing your tickets early is highly recommended.

When a group stage day is fully sold out, half-day passes will be offered through the ticketing platform. These passes provide access to all matches on that day except the match featuring the Netherlands.

If the Netherlands, for example, plays at 18:00, a half-day pass grants access to all matches up to and including the 15:00 match. After that match ends, visitors leave the stadium. When the Netherlands plays at 16:00 on a weekend, you have two options: either you buy a ticket for match 1 (10:00) and match 2 (13:00), or your ticket grants access to match 4 (19:00).

It’s an appealing option for hockey fans who still want to experience the unique World Cup atmosphere up close, even when regular day tickets are no longer available.
