House Rules

Applicable house rules and sanction policy during the FIH Hockey World Cup 2026 in the Netherlands.

Car

Cars are not allowed to park in places where there are traffic signs indicating "no parking". Entrances to the grounds and driveways of houses near the field hockey club should never be blocked.

Special parking spaces are available for people with disabilities. To request a special parking spot for the event, please email:evenementen@knhb.nl.

Bicycles/ Scooters.

The (wild) parking of bicycles and scooters against trees and/or hedges is not permitted. Bikes and scooters may only be parked in the designated spots.

• Directions and instructions from (security) personnel must be followed immediately. Aggressive behavior will result in immediate removal and transfer to the police.
• Access to the event site is at your own risk.
• KNHB and FIH are not liable for the loss of and/or damage to visitor's property.

While entering and leaving the event site, public order must always be respected. Traffic must never be blocked.

There is no age limit for the FIH Hockey World Cup 2026 . Visitors are required to be able to identify themselves in accordance with legal identification requirements (identity card, passport or driver's license). If identification cannot be shown, the visitor may be refused entry to the event.

Photo and video recordings will be made during this event. These photos and videos may be used to promote field hockey at home and abroad. For making TV/film/video recordings of third parties for a purpose other than personal non-commercial use, permission must be requested from the organization.

Alcohol will not be served before noon and will not be served to persons under the age of 18. Identification may be requested.

All trash must be deposited in the trash cans on the grounds.

Smoking is not permitted on the premises. This also applies to vapes.

The possession or use of drugs is not permitted. If this rule is violated, the drugs will be confiscated. The drugs and the owner will be turned over to the local police.

It is prohibited to enter the event site with the following:

• Glassware.
• Objects with discriminatory and/or provocative texts and/or expressions. Hitting, stabbing or firearms or other objects that could be used as weapons. Objects that could adversely affect the safety, health or welfare of visitors.
• Fireworks, flares, professional video, audio, recording and photographic equipment (this does not include digital compact cameras and cell phones with a camera function).
• Dogs and other pets.

At the entrance to the premises, the contents of bags brought will be checked by authorized security personnel. Prohibited items will be confiscated by security personnel.

Multiple visitors are not allowed to enter 1 toilet cubicle at the same time. Wild urination is prohibited and upon detection the visitor will be removed from the event site.

Clothing bearing discriminatory, racist and/or offensive texts and/or images are prohibited.

Drones are strictly prohibited on and around the event grounds. If the use of drones is detected, action will be taken. The moment a drone is used outside the event grounds, the police will be notified.

* In all cases where these FIH Hockey World Cup 2026 House Rules do not apply, the FIH Hockey World Cup 2026 staff will decide.

The entry tickets provided by Paylogic and / or Organizer are and remain the property of Organizer and are delivered to the customer under the condition that without prior written permission of Organizer and / or Paylogic is not allowed to sell the entry tickets to third parties or in any other way in a commercial way directly or indirectly to third parties, or to offer the entry tickets in commercial expressions - in any way - or otherwise refer to the entry tickets.

If acted in violation of the above conditions, Paylogic and / or organizer is entitled to invalidate the entry tickets. Holders of such tickets will be denied access to the event, without right to compensation.

Use of this entry ticket implies acceptance of the above conditions and of the general conditions of Paylogic and Organizer as stated on their respective websites. In case of contradiction between the provisions of the general conditions of Paylogic and/or Organizer and the text mentioned above, the text mentioned above shall prevail.

Once purchased tickets cannot be taken back by the KNHB. They can only be resold via Resell This is the event's own resale platform. The platform offers you a reliable place for the verified resale and purchase of previously purchased event tickets.

In case of ticket loss or theft, the owner is not entitled to a replacement ticket. For assistance, please contact the on-site box office during the event.

If a match is cancelled, we will inform the ticket buyer as soon as possible. In consultation with the organization we will see if the ticket of the cancelled match can be exchanged for a ticket for the same match at the new time or another match. Refund of the cost of the ticket is not possible.
